We expect you to be happy with your order and for the process to go as smooth as possible. However, please consult our policies below, as unexpected events do occasionally occur.
ALL BOOK SALES ARE FINAL: returns and exchanges are not accepted. Books cannot be returned for aesthetic reasons. If, however, something is wrong with your order, e.g. your book contains a printing defect, please e-mail our customer service at for a replacement item. If your order arrives damaged or defective above and beyond standard and typical USPS mail delivery wear and tear, email customer service within 10 days of the receipt of your order with photographic or video evidence of damage for a replacement item.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER: in the event that your tracking information says delivered and you have not actually received your order, please contact our customer service; we can file a missing package claim with the US Post Office, and/or offer a replacement item. We are not responsible for lost packages but can initiate a claim on your behalf.
