Acceptance of Terms – This web site, located at www.tiredeyespublishing.com ("Web Site"), is owned and operated by Tired Eyes Publishing, LLC. Tired Eyes Publishing is an independently owned business operating a Web Site that allows its users to order fine art books and signup to receive information periodically from Tired Eyes Publishing.
This Web Site contains text, pictures, graphics, logos, button items, images, works of authorship, and other content (collectively with all information and material about Tired Eyes Publishing, products and services, "Content"). This Web Site is intended for use only by users who are at least 18 years of age.
Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Most orders will ship out same or next business day as ordered, though please allow up to three business days for orders to ship. All orders will receive a USPS tracking number via the email provided at checkout when the order has shipped.
We ship all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS), for a flat rate of $5 USD for media mail or $10 USD for Priority Mail. We estimate orders can take between 2-5 business days after shipping for arrival via Priority Mail and approximately 5-10 days for Media Mail. Shipping times may vary. International orders are accepted and shipped by USPS Priority International Mail. International orders and delivery times are unpredictable during COVID-19.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We expect you to be happy with your order and for the process to go as smooth as possible. However, please consult our policies below, as unexpected events do occasionally occur.
ALL BOOK SALES ARE FINAL: returns and exchanges are not accepted. Books cannot be returned for aesthetic reasons. If, however, something is wrong with your order, e.g. your book contains a printing defect, please e-mail our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement item. If your order arrives damaged or defective above and beyond standard and typical USPS mail delivery wear and tear, email customer service within 10 days of the receipt of your order with photographic or video evidence of damage for a replacement item.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER: in the event that your tracking information says delivered and you have not actually received your order, please contact our customer service; we can file a missing package claim with the US Post Office, and/or offer a replacement item. We are not responsible for lost packages but can initiate a claim on your behalf.
We sometimes offer customers the opportunity to "pre-order" or advance-purchase selected titles that have not yet been officially published but are in the process of creation. This will guarantee that the customer secure a copy of the book. All pre-order books will indicate that the title is available for pre-order in the item description; the expected publication date of the pre-order will be listed there as well. These publication dates are just estimates and can be impacted by many factors, though we always expect the item to ship "on-time" by the expected pre-order date listed or sooner. Buyers are welcome to contact customer service to enquire about their order status. All pre-orders will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
